What makes your tax resolution firm different? - Part 2

Our signature offering is financial coaching focused on debt management. Once we’ve helped clients resolve their tax debts, we empower them to take control of their finances by arming them with financial education through 1 to 1 and/or group coaching.

Through financial coaching, we guide digital entrepreneurs in creating and strategically reaching their money goals.

How does the process work?

After you submit all necessary tax documentation, it takes the IRS, on average, between 6-12 months to resolve your tax issue.

This time frame varies, however, depending on the amount of tax liability you have, the solution being sought (e.g. whether it’s an Offer in Compromise, Installment Agreement, etc.), potential appeals hearings, etc.

Once Morazán Tax Services retains you as a client, we’ll be able to provide you with a more accurate time frame for resolving your tax debt.

Is my information safe with you?

We give the upmost care to your sensitive data. That’s why we exchange confidential documents securely via our secure client portal. Your data is protected by tough, industry-standard security measures.

I haven't filed my tax returns in years! Is it too late to reach a settlement?

No it isn’t. Once we have your back tax returns filed, we’ll then be able to strategize solutions to help you pay the tax debt balance due, if you have.

I live in another state or country. Can you still help me?

Absolutely! We’re licensed to serve taxpayers nationwide.

Furthermore, with today’s modern and secure technology, we’re able to serve individuals and small business owners remotely in all 50 states and abroad.

Are you available year-round?

We serve our clients year-round.  We’re accessible to you beyond tax season to answer your tax questions.

Additionally, we encourage clients to notify us anytime they experience life events that potentially impact their tax situation.

Your firm is headed by an Enrolled Agent (EA). What exactly is that distinction?

You’ve heard of CPAs, who are state-licensed experts in accounting matters and may specialize in taxation.

Enrolled Agents (EAs), on the other hand, are federally-licensed tax practitioners with authorization from the federal government to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) at all levels. We have unlimited practice rights and can advise/represent individuals, corporations, trusts or any other entity required to file taxes.

In addition to helping you prepare your tax returns, we’re able to advise on any tax-related concerns you may have including audits, collections, and appeals.

Questions are the root of all answers.
